Faced with the decision to stay or move,
these enlightened clients chose to reinvent their modest and quirky house and stay in the neighborhood they loved. With the help of a
3-story rear addition and a nearly complete redesign of the interior, this house was transformed to accommodate the needs of
this young family with emphasis on natural light, comfort and openness. The project included a new family room, exercise studio, broad 2-story stair hall, kitchen, double height breakfast area with reading space, new front to back entry gallery and a complete master bedroom suite with all the amenities. Include
a new sunken terrace, tons of millwork and all new finishes and these owners are here
to stay.
